How does shipping and delivery work?
Placed an order? Welcome to OmniBites™.
Once your order is placed, our team carefully packs and dispatches it within 24 hours. If your order contains multiple products, they may occasionally arrive separately to help get everything to you faster.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, with estimated delivery typically within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Orders are shipped with tracking for safe delivery. If you choose ‘Authority To Leave’, OmniBites™ is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered.

All orders include FREE and fast delivery Australia-wide, no matter how many products you order.
When will my order arrive?
Once your order is packed and dispatched from OmniBites™, delivery is on the way. Every order includes FREE Australia-wide shipping, with delivery typically arriving within 3-7 business days.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery live via Australia Post.
Can’t find your shipping email? Be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case it landed there.
Help, I think my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?
Think your order may be delayed? Australia Post delivery estimates are typically 3-7 business days, however delays can occasionally occur during busy periods.
If your order has not arrived within 20 days, please contact us so we can assist further.
For tracking updates or delivery issues, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly first, as all deliveries are managed through their network.
Can I change my shipping address?
Entered the wrong shipping address? No problem.
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible with the correct address and we’ll update it for you.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still be able to redirect it through the Australia Post tracking link sent in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note: Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please double-check your details carefully, as we’re unable to recover parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided on the order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, OmniBites™ ships Australia-wide only.
Are there any customs/import fees?
All our products are shipped right here in Australia, out of our distribution centre. This means there’s no need to stress about any customs fees, as it’s shipping from your own backyard.

Are OmniBites gummies safe to take every day?
Yes! OmniBites are designed for daily use, made with high-quality, science-backed ingredients your body can safely enjoy every day.
Are OmniBites vegan or gluten-free?
Yes — all OmniBites gummies are plant-based, gluten-free, and made without artificial colours or flavours.
Can I take multiple OmniBites products together?
Absolutely! Each formula is designed to complement the others — you can safely combine them for full-body support and wellness.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you have a returns policy?
Because OmniBites gummies are consumable products, we’re unable to accept returns once the seal has been broken or the packaging opened — this ensures every customer receives their product in perfect, safe condition.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and our team will make it right with a replacement or refund.
How long do I have to return the products?
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Please reach out to our support team first to arrange approval before sending anything back.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We can’t refund opened or used products for hygiene reasons, but we’ll always do our best to ensure you’re happy with your experience.
Do I have to pay for returns?
If your product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, OmniBites will cover the cost of return shipping or replacement. For change-of-mind returns (unopened only), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and process your exchange or refund within 3–5 business days.

How do I use a discount code?
